Min Soo has been a long time Yoga instructor and massage therapist. She is an astute student of sound-vibration-frequency properties and incorporates these instruments in her class. She also incorporates her study of astrology and massage therapy into her classes. All these combined make for an incredibly unique experience with her restorative yoga class.
Restorative Yoga - aka the napping class
In this class we will explore the breath in the body to release and relax while bathing in the sounds of planetary hand chimes to align our energy. Activating muscles to achieve restoration of the body for better expansion and contraction of the muscles, tendons, and ligaments creating space in the body to restore the body and mind.
