Paula started finding her path back in 2012. Through her love for traveling, the ocean and waves, Yoga was introduced to her. As she first walked in the class, she already knew that this was something she was looking for, this was something familiar and she finally got reconnected back to it. As she continues her practice through yoga asanas and meditation, she encountered an ancient vedic scripture, “Bhagavad Gita” in 2014 which led her to a deeper understanding and an intense practice of what yoga truly is. Her lifestyle of study and practice incorporate; scripture, kirtan, asanas, and meditation which brought her now to sharing her experiences and knowledge. “Having a strong foundation within our inner selves allows us to expand and evolve, not only in the mats but in our lives. “ -Paula
Paula pursued her personal calling and long time dream as she traveled to the foothills of Himalayas, Rishikesh India where she did here 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training. She became a student at Rishikul Yogshala were they learned to train and condition the physical body to prepare a stronger mind for meditation. Their training in; hatha, ashtanga vinyasa, yoga nidra,, and meditation provide the essential knowledge to lead you into the yogic lifestyle.
